We all know going on a first date is not the easiest thing in the world. You have to decide what to do and where to go to eat. In New York there are many places you may go to eat but there is only a few that is “good food”. Now you may have good food for a reasonable price and some may not be over reasonable it all depend on what your preference for the night is; but above all it is good food and excellent services.
Ruby Tuesday at Time Square
If you’re in New York you have to visit Time Square that is a must. Just because of all the attraction plus the Ruby Tuesday. When I arrived in Ruby Tuesday I was amaze by the scenery, you may think it like a family oriented restaurant here, you’ll be absolutely wrong. This Ruby Tuesday made me feel out of place, everyone was dressed up; the waiter was at your beacon (not even they would just pop up behind you to see if everything was ok). They serve my girl her drink in a champagne glass and she was just having cranberry juice. They also have a good looking salad bar. When I went I had a cheeseburger to die for. It was cooked just right, when you say well done it was well done not burnt. The fries that came along with it was marvelous (I’m not a big fan of fries not even McDonalds). They gave you enough food to make you have room for desert this was a great experience with the food. The downside is they put their tip in the meal but hey the food and the service are great, I guess one thing you shouldn’t mind.

Johnny Rocket Burger in Queens
Do you like a real old school feel of dining? Well, I guess Johnny’s Rocket Burger would be the best place to go because they have old school music (talking about 60’s music) with the dining set to match. Rocket Burger was a great experience for me, not too expensive and wonderful service. At this restaurant I had a cheeseburger with fries while my girl had the wonderful tasting chicken fingers. She had an iced tea there which was not the best tasting iced tea she ever had (just a warning). Above all this was an excellent place, good services, good food, and a wonderful time.

Applebee’s at Time Square
If I had to choose one of my favorite places to go it would have to be Applebee’s. I been here on several occasion and each time the food got taster. I suggest anything on the menu. Everything you bite you will enjoy (guarantee). The waiters and waitress are on the money here. They see you running low on drinks they replace your cup right away. Applebee’s is definitely a casual fun scene where you may go if just want to a have fun. Taking a date to Applebee’s might be one of the smartest ideas ever. You’ll both have fun and enjoy a well prepare meal. The desserts are also very delicious (which I can never finish). Another bonus on the bill they give you option on their tips which I love because if you have that real bad host or hostess you could give a really bad tip. Got to love that!

First dates are really hard but the first meal is even harder. We all know that Mc Donald’s is a number one choice but let’s get out of that and impress you date. These restaurants are really a good ice breaker for a conversation as well. You could talk about the scenery, people inside the restaurant or just focus on each other. Whatever you thing is good food is a must. Good food leads to happiness. Remember that.
