It has been used for household cleaning, in preparing food, children’s projects and the best of all for your health. Below I have compiled a list of ways you can save money in the home and keep your family healthy using apple cider vinegar.
No More Dandruff ~ Rinse your hair with two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar after you shampoo each morning, all your dandruff will be gone in days!
Sore Throat ~ Gargle with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with an eight ounce glass of water. Do this three times a day and your sore throat will be a thing of the past!
