After writing all about the programs offered by CSU, I just had to help my readers find the best hangouts in Fort Collins. I looked through the Associated Content archives, and these were the most substantial articles I could find.
A Guide to Night Life in Fort Collins, Colorado by AC Producer Eve V. Black
This is a very well-written and informative article on the nightlife in Fort Collins. Author Eve V. Black goes into such detail as to describe what businesses her readers can find on College Blvd. besides any club, bar or restaurant. I’ve been to Fort Collins a number of times. College is one of the busiest streets in all of town, including the largest selection of restaurants and small businesses you’ve ever seen in a “small” college town. Some of the history Eve sites is somewhat wild, but also very interesting. I never knew the design of Old Town Fort Collins was so influential as to inspire a Disney World architect. I would also have to agree with her. If you want to party in Ft. Collins, Colorado, the only places to really go are in the old town area.

Best Bars in Fort Collins by AC Producer Matt Chalupsky
Author Matt Chalupsky coolly starts out his article with safety tips and recommendations. Of course some of us already know not to drive drunk, but some of his readers might not think of being so smart behind the wheel. Each bar and club is numbered in a favorite order. I’ve heard of Connor O’Neill’s Pub, but I’ve never gotten around to checking out the joint for myself. Zydeco’s sounds like a blast. Matt gives enough description and accollades to make anyone interested in visiting (or staying clear of) the bars listed in this article. Great job.

Places to Eat and Drink in Fort Collins, Colorado by AC Producer Rose Rankin
This article is not for the impatient reader; however, any faults in author Rose Rankin’s Places to Eat and Drink in Fort Collins, Colorado remains to be seen. The paragraphs are properly structured, and full of helpful information. Rose Rankin is very informative. She sites addresses, refers to certain drinks, and gives her own stamp of approval for certain foods. If you’re in town and you’re looking for a place to get a drink or a bite to eat, I can’t recommend a better article to help you find the best of the best in Ft. Collins.

What is the Best City in the United States? by AC Producer K. Hall
This may not be essential reading, but it’s chalked full of so many interesting, surprising and wild statistics that they make this article definitely worth taking a look at. I didn’t know the numbers for cardiac mortality in Ft. Collins was so low. Only 100,000? Wow!
All kidding aside, in order to better understand the city or cities you’re living in, What is the Best City in the United States? is a real eye-opener.
