Are you headed toward Brinkley, Arkansas and need a place to spend the night? The small town of Brinkley offers a few choices for lodging, and one of the most visible choices is right off of Interstate 40, Baymont Inn and Suites. While this is a reputable name in the field of lodging, not all Baymont Inn and Suites locations are created equally. Here is what can you expect when you stay at Baymont Inn and Suites in Brinkley, Arkansas:
Beautiful indoor swimming pool. When you approach the check-in desk, you can look over to the right and see a gorgeous indoor swimming pool. It is in a different room, but you can easily see it through the glass door. The pool’s hours are listed on the door, but don’t get your hopes up too quickly. This door stays locked much of the time the pool is supposed to be open. According to the desk clerk, they don’t even bother to open it unless someone wants to go swimming. This limits your ability to just enjoy sitting pool side and take in the view. Too, the desk clerk doesn’t offer to open the door for you, so I suppose you would just have to come right out and ask.
Clean Rooms. The rooms at this hotel are clean. They are in desperate need of updating in regards to décor. Even the linoleum in the bathrooms has likely been there awhile. If you are looking for a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and a clean room, though, this Baymont Inn and Suites location does provide these things for you. Too, this location is kid friendly and pet friendly. You won’t see any luxurious décor, and you won’t come across any breakable ornaments, so you don’t have to worry about your kid or your pet destroying anything. Baymont Inn and Suites in Brinkley has old, but sturdy surroundings.
Decent breakfast. Baymont Inn and Suites in Brinkley does provide a modest breakfast for its patrons, mostly consisting of bread-like foods. For instance, they offer pastries, toast, and waffles. You can get some cereal and some fruit, or maybe even some fruit juice if any is left. If it isn’t, just ask the desk clerk. The desk clerk seems to have a hard time keeping the tables wiped down and the food well stocked. The desk clerk will get you what you need, though, if you ask. From time to time, you will also see patrons bring their pets to breakfast with them. Don’t try this. The desk clerk will nicely ask you to take your pet from the dining area.
Almost-fair prices. BrinkleyBaymont Inn and Suites does provide clean, comfortable rooms for its patrons and makes sure that they do not leave hungry. They provide all this for a cost of close to $70, which is a bit pricey for this location due to its need for updates and lack of access to the swimming area. Even so, you will not likely find better lodging in the small town of Brinkley, Arkansas, so why not stay here? Just be careful if you enter their parking lot at night because some major construction is going on right in front of this location, and little lighting exists to keep you from driving off into the gutter, rather than entering the parking lot.
