Hilton Head Vacation Comfort Bike Rentals offers a variety of different bikes including mountain bikes, smaller bikes for kids, bikes with training wheels, bicycles with child carrier attachments, Kiddie carts and other bike accessories such as baskets. Bike rentals start at roughly $25 a week. They also rent a number of items besides bicycles including an assortment of baby furniture such as cribs and high chairs, and beach gear such as lounge chair and large umbrellas.
