In Walt Disney’s, The Lion King, the beginning starts with the circle of life in the African Savannah. The movie shows the placement of every animal in each of there respective category. It shows the placement of the lions, the hyenas, and gazelles, as an example. The five Kingdoms are just like this, four of the five kingdoms are based on one domain Eukarya and the other domain is Bacteria.
Kingdom Protista is a biological diverse kingdom. Biologists have a very hard issue classifying protist. Most being unicellular but have some that is multi cellular. Protista have a great medical usage and ecological purposes. It is known to have over one hundred thousand living and extinct species have been described. They are based in three categories autotrophic which are plants, heterotrophic which are animals and saprotrophic which are fungi. They can be parasites or mutualism. The most common examples of protists in action are coral reefs. The protists that help build this environment are photosynthetic protist. Examples of autotrophic protist would be algae.
Kingdom Animalia is a kingdom with multicellular heterotrophs. Animalia consist of two categories invertebrates and vertebrates. An Animalia example with a vertebrate is a Mammals and one with an invertebrate is a worm. There is several ways to classify an Animalia. Classification ranges from three levels of tissue description, to two types of symmetry, to two types of body plans, and also, types of coelom. Two classes of Animalia is reptile, example snakes and turtles.
Kingdom Fungi has over 80,000 species of multi cellular that share a familiar mode of nutrition. Fungi I heterotrophic and consume preformed matter. They feed on dead remains of animals and plants. An increase of over 1.5 million species is expected by mycologist.
Kingdom Planate has evolved from a terrestrial photosynthesizes. Kingdom plays a huge part in ecological balance. Kingdom Planate has aid in the works of modern medicine. The most abundant member of this family is flowering plants. Flowering plants range from danfidelles to the mighty oak. The basic structure of plants is the stem (the support the leaves) the roots (anchor the plant and absorb mineral) and the vascular system which transport water and minerals within the plant. Kingdom Planate has the ability to live for thousands of years. As long as they are alive they can continue to grow new body parts.
Kingdom Monera is now thought to be based into to kingdoms. The Archaebacteria and Eubacteria are the breakdown of this kingdom. This kingdom is the simplest of all living organisms. Unlike domain Eukarya this kingdom has a single-celled organism with little organization to their cell structure. You can find Monera examples where science says life started, hot springs to deep-sea vents. Two common types of bacteria are E. coli which lives in the intestine and Staphylococcus epidermis which live on the skin.
This in conclusion, this is our biosphere circle of life.
