If this wasn’t a no comparison review of Birds Eye Mixed Vegetables and ShopRite Organic Mixed Vegetables, how I just stated what I stated, “no comparison,” would be the end-all to this article.
Unless you’ve been living on another planet and haven’t heard how much healthier for you and planet earth organic vegetables are than vegetables that aren’t organically-grown, you can easily see which one of the two brands of vegetables is the better of the two, and why.
Birds Eye frozen vegetables are considered by many Americans to be the best brand of frozen vegetables sold; however, as good as Birds Eye frozen vegetables are perceived to be, it’s no comparison to ShopRite frozen organic vegetables. To be plain, the reason is the qualifier organic.
Birds Eye Vegetables Vss ShopRite Organic Vegetables ( Price )
Even when comparing the prices, both brands sell for about the same price, give or take $.10 to $.20 cents up or down either way for either brand.
In other words, according to my keen observation on both prices on both products over an extended period of time, at $1.89 for a 16 ounce bag of Shoprite frozen organic mixed vegetables, or any one of the other varieties of organic vegetables offered by ShopRite, generally, you’re coming out ahead for the same size bag and variety of non-organic vegetables offered of the Birds Eye brand.
Prices fluctuate, so sometimes Birds Eye will have a slightly better price. For us, in my house, Birds Eye could offer it at a price half as much as ShopRite, still I wouldn’t buy it over organic vegetables.
ShopRite Organic Mixed Vegetables are Grade A organic vegetables, and are certified organic by USDA Organic-accredited Pennsylvania Certified Organic.
Here are some notable nutrition facts on ShopRite Frozen Organic Mixed Vegetables. Birds Eye Frozen Mixed Vegetables have the same four vegetables in its mix, and about the same nutritional comparison. Yet again, you can be sure organic vegetables weren’t sprayed with pesticides like its counterpart non-organic vegetables were while growing in the field.

Unfortunately, ShopRite doesn’t offer coupons for its brand of organic frozen vegetables, although ShopRite is constantly running great price breaks and all sorts of price cutting promotions for its products and for shopping there.
In conclusion, there’s no comparing Birds Eye Frozen Vegetables to ShopRite Frozen Organic Vegetables.
