For a few years now I have been suffering for an auto immune disease. This means I have had to learn to help my immune system out by eating a proper diet that consists of lots of fresh fruits containing high antioxidants that help fight illnesses. Some of the best fruits to eat to help fight off an immune system disease and prevent and cure cancer are apples, oranges, tomatoes, berries and pineapples. In this article I will tell you what each of these fruits help fight and prevent what cancers and illnesses.

The first piece of fruit we should eat every day is an apple. Apples are loaded with antioxidants and a chemical called, quercetin. Quercetin is a natural chemical that helps prevent and help fight of lung disease and respiratory problems. The chemical quercetin in apples as well as the antioxidants also helps prevent and fight cancers and illnesses such as prostate cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, stomach cancers, heart disease, stroke, heart attacks, high cholesterol, and many others. Another great benefit from eating apples is they help keep you from aging. So, if you are worried about that wrinkle or line on your face or around your eyes trying eating some apples and slowing down the aging processes. Apples are an amazing piece of fruit that really do help keep the doc away.

The second best piece of fruit we should be eating to help keep cancer and illnesses away is an orange. One orange a day provides you with tons of vitamin c that is needed by the body to help keep your immune system healthy and your body functioning right so it doesn’t get ill. Oranges also provide your body with flavonoids, fiber, vitamin a and b, amino acids, beta carotene, pectin, potassium, folic acid, calcium, iodine, phosphorus,
Sodium, zinc, magnesium, chlorine and iron which are other important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are body needs to help fight off cancers and illnesses. Some of the different types of cancers and illnesses you can fight off by eating an orange a day would be mouth cancer, colon cancer, stomach cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer, high cholesterol, common cold, herpes, the flu, skin cancers, and so many others. All you need to do in order to get the full health benefits from an orange is eat one a day for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or as just a snack. If you don’t have an orange drink some organic organic juice and it will be just as good for you.

Another great piece of fruit to keep in your house is a pineapple. Pineapples help fight signs of aging, bones diseases, colds, coughs, and deep tissue diseases. Pineapples have bunches of antioxidants, vitamins, and mineral in them to help keep your body and bones strong such as magnesium , calcium, fiber, and vitamin c. Pineapples also help slow down the aging process and protect your skin from skin cancers, which is awesome if you do eat them every day. Now if you don’t have a pineapple on hand to eat for a snack or meal another great way to get pineapple into you is by simply drinking pineapple juice, eating dried or canned pineapple fruits, or even froze pineapple you have stored away in your pantry. Pineapples are defiantly a fruit everyone should have in their kitchens to slice up and eat to help maintain bone and tissue help and keep diseases and cancers away.

The next best fruits you should always have in your kitchen or gardens to eat would be berries. All kinds of berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries and blackberries and packed with powerful antioxidants that help fight tons of diseases and cancers such as lung cancer, cervical cancer, breast cancer, heart disease, stomach cancers, colon cancer, rectal cancer, common colds, flues, viruses, bladder infections and cancers, bacterial infections, and the list really does go on and on. The powerful antioxidants, vitamins, and mineral in berries are vitamin c, folic acid, fiber, phytochemical, potassium, magnesium, and tons more. The best time to get the full health benefits of berries is right after they have been picked. Everyone should eat berries though year round if they can because they can really give you a healthy boost of energy. So everyone eat your berries.

Now the last and simply one of the best pieces of fruit to eat all the time with dinner or lunch is tomatoes. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is a chemical that helps protect and fight against cervical, prostate, stomach, breast, lung, and ovarian cancer. Tomatoes also contain vitamin a and c, potassium and iron, which are all good vitamins and minerals our body needs to help function properly to protect itself from diseases, illnesses, and cancers. There are many ways you can get the full benefit of a tomatoes and that is simply by eating one, using a pasta sauce, drinking tomato juice, and eating tomato soup. Eating or drinking tomatoes are even a great way to prevent colds and the flu during the winter. So, make sure you eat those tomato fruits, and yes they are a fruit!

There are so many other great pieces of fruit out there with tons more health benefits to them so make sure you eat a colorful amount of fruit eat do so you can be sure you can all the health benefits you can from all the fruit out there in this big, big world.
