Fauln Gong is a ancient Chinese practice. Falun Gong also referred to as Falun Dafa hinese practice for you mind, body and spirit. It’s established practices consist of slow, soft movements and meditation. It has a honest structure to improve your mind and refining your mind, body and spirit. The main element consist of the universal principals of truthfulness, benevolence, and tolerance.
Mr. Li Hongzhi first introduced this practice to the general public of China in 1922. He continued to grow this practice by word-of-mouth. In Chinese tradition Mr. Li Hongzhi is regarded as “Master” or “Teacher”. He does not receive special treatment nor does he accept monetary gifts of money from anyone. He wishes this ancient Chinese practice to be available to any person without terms and conditions. He does deliver infrequent lectures in various countries which have included the United States, Canada and Switzerland.
Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) is practiced by many persons of different ages, culture, backgrounds. It currently is being practiced in more than 60 countries across the world. A great percentage of persons who use this practice have reported improvement in their stress level, health, energy.

1. Buddha Showing A Thousand Hands

3. Penetrating The Two Cosmic Extremes
Principals: This exercise channels the cosmos energy to mix it with the energy inside your body. During this exercise a lot of
energy is forced out which gives power to purify your body. It will also open the crest on top of your head and unblocks the
passages under your feet.
4. The Great Heavenly Circuit
Principals: Allows your human body energy to circulate over large areas. This exercise is a intermediate-level.
5. Strengthening Divine Powers
Principals: Tranquil civilization exercise which is multi-purpose. It strengthens the divine powers and gong potency by using
Buddha hand signs.
Since the introduction of Falun Gong ( Falun Dafa) hundreds of world leaders and representatives of governments have celebrated the rewards that this practice has brought to their communities and countries. In the State of New York there is proclaimed Falun Dafa Month and Day. Queensland, Australia celebrates Falun Dafa Day since January 30, 2002. Other states that celebrate Falun Dafa Day include Alabama, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, and many more.
