He was indicted in Virginia in 1996 for the bombing of Khobar Towers, in Saudi Arabia. Al-Nasser should be considered armed and dangerous and civilians should not attempt to apprehend him. His whereabouts are currently unknown. Many unconfirmed sightings have been reported however authorities have no solid leads. Anyone with any information regarding Al-Nasser should contact the FBI, American Embassy, or Consulate. It is believed that Al-Nasser is currently in hiding, however this is not confirmed. The FBI has placed him as number three on their Most Wanted Terrorist list.
