The FBI publishes a list of the Most Wanted Terrorists and updates it frequently. To educate the public I plan a series of articles about the FBI’s most wanted terrorists. This series of articles is designed to introduce you to each of these terrorists and give you information regarding the crimes for which they are wanted.
Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah holds the number four spot on the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorists List. Abdullah’s exact birth date is unknown. Officials estimate his birth year at 1963. Abdullah was born in Egypt and is known to speak Arabic. He has a medium build and dark hair and eyes. Abdullah has a scar on the right side of his lower lip. He sometimes wears a moustache. Abdullah is known to use the following aliases: Abu Mohamed Al-Masri, Saleh, Abu Mariam. Officials state that it is possible that Abudllah Ahmed Abdullah has attempted to alter his appearance.
Abdullah is wanted on the following charges: Murder of United States Nationals outside of the United States. Conspiracy to commit murder of United states Nationals outside the United States. Attack on a federal facility, resulting in death. Conspiracy to kill United States Nationals, murder and destroy buildings and property of the United States and destroying the National Defense Utilities of the United States. It is known that Abdullah fled Kenya into Pakistan in 1998. His whereabouts are unknown at this time. Though, it is suspected he remains in the middle east. Abdullah was indicted for his role in the 1998 bombings of United States Embassies in Kenya, Nairobi, Tanzania, and Dar es Salaam. He is a known associate of Osama Bin Laden.
Abdullah should be considered armed and dangerous. Officials recommend that civilians contact authorities with any information regarding the whereabouts of Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah.
The Department of State is offering up to a $5 million dollar reward for information leading to the capture and conviction of Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah. Anyone with information regarding terrorists should contact the FBI, American Embassy, or Consulate. Officials warn that Abdullah should not be approached or apprehended.
