3. Go to the Zoo
The idea of going to the zoo probably sounds absurd, but there are plenty of reasons to go during the autumn season. One of the reasons is because many zoos lower their rates during this time. The ultimate reason to go to the zoo in autumn, however, is because you will be more likely to see animals! In the summer, animals are too hot to come out during the day and spend most of their time sleeping. During the autumn, it is cool enough for them to walk around and graze. 4. Take Your Child Trick-or-Treating

Raking leaves can be a lot of fun when you make it a family event. Children, especially, love to rake leaves.
