1 Wood table
Clear polyurethane or water sealer

Always check the height of the table and make sure it is comfortable to work as a bathroom vanity.
Now, you can use your existing sink or buy a new one to install into the bathroom vanity.
Use the template that comes with your sink to trace out the hole shape and size on the top of the table you will need to allow the sink to slip in.
Don’t forget to leave room towards the back of the shabby chic table top for the faucet.
Once your sinkhole and faucet holes are traced onto the top of the shabby chic vanity you can cut them out with a jig saw.
Test your sink to make sure it fits into the top of the table before you move on.
Now, you can paint out your table in exterior grade paint or seal it with a water resistant clear coat. You could even use a ship grade clear sealer to really fight water.
Place you table in your bathroom once the paint or polyurethane has dried.
Now, slide your sink into place and finish installing like you would install a sink in a traditional bathroom vanity. When you have finished installing the sink you can move to the faucets.
If installing you own sink is not something you can do, you can always hire someone. You can also rent a jigsaw from your local Lowes or Home Depot for the weekend if you do not own one.
If you do not like your pipes showing underneath the shabby chic table bathroom vanity you can always sew and install a colorful curtain to drape the underside of the table! Baskets are also a great way to hide plumbing and add storage as well.
