I loved the John Frida Frizz-Ease Curl Around style-starting daily shampoo and couldn’t wait to try the conditioner. As we were at our timeshare and they supply free shampoo and conditioner, I figured I would use their shampoo and my own conditioner. Their shampoo did nothing for my hair. I used it all up on my hair and it felt dry, tangled, and horrible. I wondered whether I should get my shampoo, but decided I would go with the Frizz-Ease Curl Around style-starting daily conditioner.
I tore the top of the free sachet and then squeezed some of the white thick cream into my hand. I then rubbed my hands together and started applying the conditioner to my hair. I checked to see if there was anymore conditioner in the sachet and added the rest to my hair. I loved the thickness of the conditioner and also the floral fragrance.
Immediately I started working the conditioner into and through my hair, the dryness, and the tangles disappeared. My hair was smooth and felt so soft. With many conditioners they would have helped my hair but I would still have had some tangles or hair coming out. I left the conditioner on my hair for a few minutes while I took my shower. I then rinsed my hair and it felt so soft.
I dried my hair with a hair dryer and it was baby fine. I then use a curling iron to make height in my hair. This conditioner did such a good job that the curls were laying on my head, soft and silky. Normally the curling iron makes harder, coarser curls, so when I back-comb them they stand on end.
I really think this conditioner did exactly what it said it would. My hair was the softest it could possibly be. However, with my hairstyle this wasn’t a good thing for me. My hair today did go into a French pleat, but a looser one and the curls on top were lower and softer.
I would suggest this conditioner for anyone that doesn’t put their hair up. I think it does an amazing job.
What John Frieda say about their product:
“Infused with an exclusive curl-enhancing complex, targeted moisturizers and frizz-fighting silicone, these formulas reawaken and invigorate your natural patterns for flawless curly styles.”
I do have the Frizz-Ease Hair Serum Extra-Strength Formula and I am so glad that I didn’t use this at the same time as the conditioner. These products work so well that you can use just one of them with a cheaper brand of either shampoo or conditioner. This is a product that I would use once a month to keep my hair in really good conditioner. It is too soft for my unruly style of hair.
