I usually do not eat Pop-Tarts, mainly because I am usually not tempted to. One Pop-Tart contains about 200 calories and 5 grams of fat. And who really eats just one Pop-Tart? So, by eating two Pop-Tarts, you are consuming about 400 calories and 10 grams of fat – and this does not even include the high amounts of sugar and carbohydrates. That in itself is reason enough for me to avoid eating Pop-Tarts, but I usually do not even enjoy the taste.
When I saw Mint Chocolate Chip Pop-Tarts, they caught my eye for some reason. I am not sure what it was about them, but I’m pretty sure that it has something to do with the fact that I enjoy Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. Everything that I previously thought about Pop-Tarts left my head temporarily and I purchased Mint Chocolate Chip Pop-Tarts.
Since I usually do not enjoy the taste of Pop-Tarts, I cannot say that I was expecting too much from the Mint Chocolate Chip ones. I was really in for a surprise though. Mint Chocolate Chip Pop-Tarts really are surprisingly delicious. The only thing that I can compare them to are Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies. I prefer my Pop-Tarts heated up in the toaster, but I think that these would also be good left cold, since they do have that cookie feeling to them. Overall, I have to give the taste quality of Mint Chocolate Chip Pop-Tarts 5 stars.

Overall, the most important thing that I think anyone should keep in mind is that a Pop-Tart is a Pop-Tart. There is really no nutritional value. In fact, most people consider this breakfast food to be nothing more than a lot of empty calories and carbohydrates. However, this does not mean that Chocolate Chip Mint Pop-Tarts cannot be enjoyed from time to time. I just would not personally make eating these Pop-Tarts every day a habit.
I would recommend Chocolate Chip Mint Pop-Tarts in moderation. Although they are very delicious, they are still bad for you. They are great if you ever feel like you need a sugar rush or if you are craving chocolate. I would not recommend this product to anyone who needs to keep a close watch on the amount of sugar that they eat daily. Overall, I think that you will like Chocolate Chip Mint Pop-Tarts if you like Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies.
