Take a look at each one of these men. If you have seen them or know someone who has, the FBI needs your information. These men are all considered armed and dangerous and should not be apprehended by anyone other than law authorities.
Noel R. Lopez – Lopez is wanted for the conspiracy to transport minors to engage in prostitution. He is accused of acting as a pimp for the minors that he prostitutes out. The United States District Court of New Jersey has charged Lopez federally. Lopez favors Las Vegas, Nevada, Boston, Massachusetts, New York, New York and New Jersey. Lopez is a 30 year-old, black man who weighs 220lbs. and is 5′ 8″. He has a tattoo on his upper left arm. Some of his other names that he tends to use frequently are, Laval Lopez, Eric Bodden, Dontaye Johnson, Eugene Wade, and Finesse. Please take a look at his picture here, if you have seen Noel R. Igor L ‘Vovich Fisherman – Fisherman is was for the alleged participation in a multi million dollar scheme to defraud investors in the stock of YBM Magnex International, Inc. which was incorporated in Canada, however it’s headquarters were based out of Newton, Pennsylvania. Investors who invested lost over 150 million dollars in the scheme that included inflating stocks, financial books and records that were false as well as offering bribes to accountants. A federal indictment was issued for Fisherman and other participants. The 45 counts include charges of racketeering, securities fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, and money laundering. Fisherman is 57 years-old, has black hair and green eyes, weighs 170lbs. and as is 6’1″. The FBI believes he is in Russia, although he does have ties in Canada. Semion Mogilevich – Is one of the accomplices that allegedly help defraud investors with YMB Magnex International, Inc. which was mentioned in the above paragraph involving Igor L ‘Vovich Fisherman. Mogilevich is 61 years-old, has gray hair and blue eyes, weighs 290 lbs. and is 5’7″. Mogilevich may have facial hair, and is known to be a heavy smoker. FBI also believe he to is in Russia, however he does have many ties in the United States and England. Jose Gustavo Badillo – Badillo is accused of allegedly molesting and raping a minor female child over several years beginning in 1998. The state of Oklahoma District Court has issued an arrest warrant for Badillo after he was charged with first degree rape. Badillo was charged federally in 2005, with transporting a minor in foreign commerce with the intent to engage in sexual activity as well as tampering with a federal witness. The circuit court also issued a separate warrant regarding possession of child pornography. Badillo is of Mexican decent and is 37 years-old, has black hair and brown eyes, he weighs 190lbs and is 5’9″. Badillo has worked as a police officer as well as a county jailer. He is very good with computers and likes to mess around with them. He frequents bars and use to have his own deejay business. He has dual United States and Mexico citizenship. Plaurent Dervishja has been an alleged member of the Albanian Organized Crime group since 1997. In March of 2006, an arrest warrant was issued by the authorities in Albania for Dervishja and other members. The warrant issued is for charges of premeditated murder in complicity, illegally keeping weapons and munitions, Dervishja is also wanted for allegedly murdering two other rival gang members and injuring a third. He is also wanted for allegedly murdering the leader of a rival gang with an anti tank weapon. Authorities also believe he is involved in other murders as current as February 2005. Dervishja is Albanian’s most wanted fugitive as of now. The district of New Jersey has also issued a warrant on the charges of being a fugitive from a foreign country. Dervishja is 35 years-old, has brown hair and brown eyes, weighs 200lbs., and is 6’1″. According to the FBI he has a scar on his torso from a gunshot wound. He frequents, Staten Island, Queens, Edison, NJ., Michigan, Canada and of course Albania.
