I was recently in search of a great hair conditioner to help with my dry, damaged and brittle hair. While surfing the internet, I came across Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. I loved the look of the product and decided I had to have it. Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment contains a high amount of palm oil which is supposed to restore dry and damaged hair.
I paid $55 for Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment. This price was extremely expensive for a hair product but I truly believed that this product would work for my brittle hair. When my package arrived I was so excited to finally experience what the fuss over Ojon hair products is all about. The first thing I noticed when I opened Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment was the quality of the packaging. This hair treatment comes in a brown wooden style bowl with a matching round comb that you can use to apply the product to your hair. The Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment itself is solid and packed firmly into the attractive bowl.
The smell of this product is strong and smells like smoky coffee. I was initially turned off by the strong scent but figured it was the palm oil which I had never smelled before. The fragrance is very natural and not horrible but definitely not a pleasant fragrance.
Since Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment contains a high amount of oil, this product will melt when you warm it up in your hand. I finally used Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment after shampooing and conditioning my hair. I took a medium amount of hair product and warmed it up in my hand. I liberally applied the Ojon product to my hair and started to blow dry. While blow drying my hair, I was very impressed with how silky, shiny, and manageable my hair became.
After washing my hair, I usually have to go through lots of steps to get my hair silky straight. Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment saved me time and made my hair look silky and beautiful. Although I like Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment I don’t think I will buy it again. I don’t think I will run out of this product any time soon, but the price is too expensive. The price is not the only reason I will not purchase this product again. The smell is so strong after using, I had to put a little fragrant body spray on my hair. Literally, my hair smelled like burnt coffee. Also, I have had the same results with olive oil and shea butter. I think this product is great, but I think I will save myself some money and saturate my hair with olive oil when I need a hair treatment.
