One beauty product that I will use just about every day is lip color. However, I’m not a fan of lipstick. I much prefer lip color or even lip-gloss; preferably one with lip plumping properties for aging lips.
Over the years, I have probably managed to try just about lip product known to man. Many of them are actually quite good at delivering beautiful color. Others are great at moisturizing the lips. Still others manage somehow to make lips look fuller. And then, of course, there are those that stay in place no matter what.
However, the one thing I haven’t found quite yet, is a single product that will do all of those things at the same time. I have to settle for one that offers at least a few of those qualities.
One of my favorite lip products at the moment is Wet ‘n Wild’s Diamond Brilliance Lip Sheen. It provides beautiful color while moisturizing the lips.
This beauty product is new from a cosmetic line that continues to improve its quality and variety every year. Consequently, the product line also continues to grow in customer popularity.
Wet ‘n Wild’s Diamond Brilliance Lip Sheen is a new diamond-faceted lip formula. It is almost an exercise in opposites. It is sheer in color and yet highly reflective; delivering a picture perfect prismatic color.
Wear it alone and this lip color is soft enough for the younger crowd. Wear it over your favorite lip color to create a look that will mesmerize.
Although Diamond Brilliance Lip Sheen is considered a lip-gloss as well as a lip color, it isn’t the least bit sticky. That makes it a nice alternative to others on the market that seem to want to glue your lips together. Infused with vitamin E, Diamond Brilliance Lip Sheen conditions as it moisturizes, making lips soft, supple, and oh so kissable.
Wet ‘n Wild Diamond Brilliance Lip Sheen comes in a multitude of colors including:
A soft pink called Baby’s Got Bling (611);
A rose pink called A Girl’s Best Friend (612);
An orange coral called Carats for Bunny (613);
A lighter coral called Shannon’s Shiny Bit (614);
A red called Tamara’s Tiara (615); and
A glittery white clear called Rachel’s Rocks.
Diamond Brilliance comes in an unusual squared tube that is both attractive and easy to store in your makeup drawer or your handbag. It is beautiful and convenient.
Application of Diamond Brilliance is simple. It just glides over the lips with its own soft sponge applicator. Apply one coat for a sheer wash of color or two coats for a punched up shine.
This lip color can be purchased anywhere that sells Wet ‘n Wild beauty products, which includes several discount department stores like K-Mart and Fred Meyer. It is also sold at drug stores such as Walgreen’s and Rite Aide. It retails for between $2.99 and $3.99, depending upon where it is purchased.
I’m not a huge fan of heavy lip-glosses that can often be too much for a woman my age. However, I really like Diamond Brillance because it is both a gloss and a sheer color. For that reason alone, I have to give it four out of five stars.
