Be prepared to stand in line for at least a couple of hours for this one; get to the park earlier in the day to for the shortest lines and best seats.
2. The Bob Marley Restaurant at Universal CityWalk
The Bob Marley: Tribute to Freedom restaurant is still one of the top spots at Universal Studios for a great night of fun. You just can’t get enough of this reggae themed restaurant serving up a Red Stripe lager. Every night’s and showcasing live entertainment and its open-air courtyard. With its extensive Caribbean menu and late nights servings of tropical drinks, it’s easy to toast to the summer in this laid-back and casual atmosphere.
3. Breakfast with the Cat in the Hat and Spiderman
The Confisco Grill at the Islands of Adventure is the best spot to capture your favorite superhero and characters! Both Spiderman and the Cat in the Hat make their appearance on Thursdays through Sundays, and it costs just $15.95 for adults and $9.95 for kids. 4. Shrek 4-D at Production Central
Now that Shrek 3 has created quite the following, you can spend even more time with Shrek and the gang by enjoying the Shrek 4-D ride at Universal Studios. Here you’ll be helping Shrek and donkey rescue Princess Fiona from Lord Farquaad. This is a great addition to Universal Studios and will definitely have the whole family excited! Be sure to pay a visit to Nickelodeon Studios for the latest on SpongeBob SquarePants and the Nick Jr. Team.
5. The Blue Man Group is coming to town
The Blue Man Group makes its rounds to Universal Orlando resort to this year with nonstop action, live music and a unique percussion feature that will go kick off any party for the night. This show is the greatest mix of comedy special effects and music, and it’s one family-friendly event you remember for years. Tickets for the performance are just $59-$69 for adults and $49-$59 for kids. Tickets are still available, and the show plans to run through the summer. 6. The Incredible Hulk Rollercoaster Ride
Comic book lovers and kids at heart are sure to enjoy the Incredible Hulk Roller Coaster Ride, located inside the Marvel Superhero Island at Universal Islands of Adventure. The entire place is decorated with the comic book theme, and you’ll take part in the ultimate battle of good versus evil with the Hulk himself. The ride only lasts 2 minutes and 15 seconds, but it’s a one-of-a-kind adrenaline rush that’s worth the wait.
