The inception of oodles of noodles by the simple genius of Momofuku Ando has simply changed the way quick and easy meals for the family can be completed as easy as one two three. I will show the average cook on how to transform an everyday regular meal into a spectacular dinner meal for two or more.
Let’s begin with the most practical and economical way to save time, energy and money. It would be wise to have all meats, vegetables and condiments pre-cut, prior to the final cooking stage. This will ultimately save on time, where as you can devote time in the enjoyment of cooking the meal than in the overall drudgery of trying to do it all at one time.
Store all pre-cut meats and seafood away no longer than 3 days for ultimate freshness and food safety. I recommend glass containers to safe guard against ecoli. Never store any meat or seafood items together, this will cause cross contamination.
Contrary to popular belief, you do not need a wok to enjoy stir fry, all you need is a good steel cooking pan to sauté everything.
The items that you will need for your successful cooking venture will vary, so I will list the two most important items that will make your meal complete.
