The flip side of health and living is sickness and death. Somewhere in between are near death experiences and reincarnation. There is little dialogue or written information about how these two subjects might impact the world around us. The following isn’t an effort to try to persuade anyone to believe or not believe in near death experiences or reincarnation.
The near death experiences researched for the following are from information where the person was declared clinically dead. Reincarnation can only be assumed or interpreted by evidence that can not be otherwise explained. Combining them with current and past world events, may provide some answers.
In all near death experiences, according to those involved, there’s always a reason the person has been resuscitated; they still have something to do or learn before they can go on. If the person commits suicide and is resuscitated they say they learned, while on the other side, that they’d done one of the unforgivable sins, “an insult to God” not matter what God they believe in.
The Middle East has been involved with martyrdom suicide for thousands of years. Some of the theories behind reincarnation are; we have a tendency to come back to the places we were familiar with and do the things we did in past lives until we learn the lessons that we were sent here to learn. Those lessons, in all religions, are professed to be: love, knowledge and living a life that’s beneficial to all things. According to those involved and the underlying theory, if we’ve committed suicide, for whatever reason, we come back into the same type situation that we left. In death by suicide there’s no free lunch.
During the Middle Ages in the Middle East, suicide martyrdom was promoted through the use of drugs (and possibly still is). After the drug induced episode, where the person involved was allowed to indulge in many things they’d never experienced or even known previously, they were told they had gone to heaven and if they wanted to return to heaven, they could do so by killing someone and committing suicide: usually all in one act.
If reincarnation is a reality, it’s possible to understand at least one facet of the Middle East, suicide, and those who follow the beliefs of factions from that area. Times have changed since the middle ages but many of the reasons for committing suicide still remain the same.
Poverty and the promise that those of the family who remain will be taken care of for the rest of their lives, this is very similar to the promises that were made thousands of years ago. The belief that one will go to heaven, or whatever word one choses to use, if they perform an act that is seen as one that will promote their beliefs is also similar. Most of those identified as the person involved in suicide bombings have been under the age of thirty. When we’re that age, in the west or the Middle East, we believe we are invincible, have a death wish or feel we have nothing to lose. It isn’t until later in life that most of us realize that there is more to life than me, me, me and that we can get more satisfaction from living a life that is beneficial to all. Unfortunately, many never seem to grasp that concept and if reincarnation is more than just a theory, they will return again and again to learn that lesson.
According to those who’ve had near death experiences and profess to have seen the other side, life on this plane isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. All those involved with near death experiences that this author has read or heard about, say that they have made changes in their lives that can move them further along on the road to learning the lessons they need to know and that they’ve been sent here to learn.
If the near death experiences and reincarnation are truths, it would seem a lot easier to live a win, win beneficial life and go on to the next step instead of one step forward and one step back. Even if they aren’t truths, it still seems to make sense.
One other thing very common in near death research information is: blowing people up with a backpack full of explosives is no different than blowing them up with a smart bomb.
